Agsar No.1 Wall Putty is based on white cement, designed specially for both interior and exterior to give smooth finish. It can be applied on all type of interior and exterior cement plaster, ceilings, asbestos sheet, concrete etc. It is easy to apply and gives excellent longevity to walls. 1. General directions for use The surface to be applied must be free from any loose material, dust oil or grease etc., Surface imperfections such as holes and dents are to be filled using a mixture of white cement and fine sand in the ratio of 1:3. However, minor cracks can be filled with this wall putty. Mix Agsar No.1 Wall Putty with 40-50% water. Water is to be added gradually to the wall putty for getting desired consistency. It is very important that water should be added to the putty to make a paste and not vice versa. After complete mixing, apply the paste on the prepared surface using putty blade from bottom to upward direction. Apply the second coat after 4 to 6 hour drying of first coat. Maximum coating thickness should not exceed more than 1.5 mm. Allow the surface to dry overnight and level the surface with fine emery paper (500 no.) for smooth finish.

Agsarcem is a cement Paint Manufactured from selected raw materials and high quality White Cement. They are ideally suitable for both interior and exterior application. Application: Make sure that the surface to be painted is free from grease, oil dirt and loose particles. After cleaning the surface should be thoroughly wetted with clean water. When the water on the surface just begins to evaporate, apply the first cost. The paint mixture should be periodically stirred during painting. After 12 to 16 hours, repeat the entire procedure for a second coat. After drying the painted surface should be sprinkled with clean water for proper curing. For best results curing should be continued for 2 to 3 days.

Agsar Micro Matt is a fine-textured coatings suitable for exterior applications. In Indian climatic conditions, it has proved to be a most reliable protective and decorative finish for exteriors. THE WARRANTY COVER The combination of Agsar Ranger Inside Outside emulsion paint with Cement Primer water base primer (Damp Kill) & Exterior wall primer (Damp Resist) paint offers a 4 years sliding endurance warranty on paint failure (defined hereinafter) including 1 year anti-fungal warranty. TERMS OF THIS WARRANTY a) This warranty shall be effective on and from the date__________ on which the customer has registered this warranty in the manner recommended by the company and by providing all requisite details required by the company. This warranty shall be valid only if the registration is done within thirty (30) days from the date of the purchase of the product. b) The company, if deemed necessary, may appoint a representative to inspect and monitor the application of the product. c) The company’s liability shall reduce over the warranty period as per the scale provided herein. d) Where any claim arises during the warranty period, the period will not start afresh after settlement of the claim. e) This warranty will be applicable on vertical walls only. f) The top coat will be Ranger Inside Outside emulsion paint with Cement Primer water base primer (Damp Kill) & Exterior wall primer (Damp Resist) paint as basecoat. APPLICABILITY This warranty is applicable only if, a) The topcoat and the basecoat have been applied on the entire vertical masonry surface in the manner prescribed by the company in the product data sheet/product container. b) The volume of the topcoat purchased and used at a particular site is at least 60 liters. c) 2-3 coats of the topcoat with minimum 40 liters of usage at a particular site is mandatory to avail this warranty. d) In any painting site, 2 coats of the basecoat is compulsory to avail this warranty. e) The topcoat and basecoat are applied at a coverage rate specified in the product data sheet. f) Cracks up to 3mm on the surface are filled with Agsar Paints Crack filler paste as per the application instructions provided in the product data sheet. g) Water spouts are in accordance with the standard civil practices. h) Walls should be free from water leakage or seepage. i) No vertical surface, including but not limited to duct areas, is left uncoated due to inaccessibility. j) Surface preparation and the application of the product has been done as per the instructions provided in the product data sheet. k) A site visit for pre-inspection of the surface to be coated by the product by the company’s representative shall be required in cases where the volume of the topcoat purchased and used at a particular site exceed 100 liters. WARRANTY LIABILITY a) The warranty only provides for replacement cost of paint as per the reducing scale provided hereinafter, solely for re-application purposes, in order to make good the affected areas. b) The liability of the company under this warranty is limited only to: · Paint failure and anti-fungal properties for all the 3 combinations. c) Any extra cost which is borne by the customer, the company shall not be liable and held responsible for the same. The company shall not be liable in case of any defects arising out of workmanship. d) This warranty on the product is the sole and exclusive warranty given by the company. e) Save and except the warranty set out herein, there are no other warranties whether express or implied under law. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS a) The vertical surfaces are not coated with the product. b) Water ingress through exterior vertical surfaces on any part of the surface not protected with the product. c) Water leakage or seepage in the walls through exterior sources such as broken water pipes, damaged sewerage lines, water leakage from toilets and kitchens due to faulty or rusted pipelines, air-conditioning units and plant pots, water leakage, seepage and continuous dampness from water penetration due to capillary rise from the ground level, etc. d) Defects in the design of the building including the roof. e) Failure or damage caused by the previous coating, if any. f) Structural defects including cracks up to 3 mm not cured with Agsar Paints Crack filler paste. g) Improper surface preparation such as presence of contaminants or moisture. h) Failure of the underlying plaster or putty coat or any other coat which in turn causes the failure of the product. i) For reasons not under the control of the company: · Vandalism · Vegetative growth, excessive bird droppings, spitting, damage caused due to insects. · Acts of God including but not limited to earthquakes, cyclones, floods, torrential rain. · Abuse or negligence by the customer. · Failure due to reasons solely attributable to the contractor/Painter. CLAIMS · Any claim made under the terms and conditions of this warranty shall be made within 15 days from the customer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to claim. The decision of the company to accept or reject any claim lodged under the terms of this warranty shall be final and binding on the customer. · The customer shall also retain the original invoice(s) raised by the dealer(s)/contractor(s). · The company’s authorised personnel shall verify that all the products prescribed by the company have been purchased in the required quantities and used as recommended by the company. GENERAL TERMS · This warranty is non-assignable and non-transferable. · In case of any dispute, the same is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Tuticorin. · All parties at all time will keep all matters and facts concerning any dispute, confidential. · The section heading in this warranty are for convenience of interpretation only and do not have any legal or contractual effect. Agsar Painter’s Choice (Wall Primer) is an acrylic emulsion based wall primer, especially designed for interior & exterior applications with superior resistance to alkali and dampness. It is recommended for use on new/freshly plastered walls, asbestos, concrete etc. It is to be used as a priming coat before application of distempers, emulsion paint and textured coat like Ranger, Micro Matt etc. on walls. It can also be coated before repainting a wall with a different color to ensure maximum covering of the existing color. 1. Viscosity of supply 80-90 Krebs unit at 30° C 2.
