Agsar Terrace Coat is superior quality heat reflective water based coating, reduces the temperature of the roof so called open Terrace. This leads to reduction of temperature (approximately 7 to 9 Deg C) inside the room for us to live. The elastomeric nature of the coating bridges minor cracks and it has good water proofing property also. It is easy to apply either with brush or with roller and no need to remove existing brickbat coba, if it is in sound condition.

General Directions for use |
The open terrace, normally built with brickbat coba, should to be washed thoroughly and dried well. It must be free from dirt, fungus, algae and loose matter. Surface Imperfections such as holes, dents and fine cracks are to be filled with Agsar Number 1 wall putty or a mixture of grey cement and fine sand only (in the ratio of 1:3). Apply as such without dilution either by roller or by brush. If required 100ml maximum water can be added for 1 Liter of Terrace coat. Second coat can be given after 4 – 6 hours of painting first coat. Three coats are recommended for achieving better performance. |
