Agsar Cement Primer (Oil Base) is an ideal cement primer for interior and exterior application with goods resistance to alkali and dampness Agsar cement primer (oil base) is recommended for use on plastered walls, asbestos, concrete etc. It may be used as a priming coat before application of synthetic enamels or matt finish on walls.  It can also be used before repainting a wall with a different color to ensure maximum asking of the existing color.

1. Viscosity of supply 70-80 seconds by Ford Cup No.B4 and 10-15 seconds by Ford Cup No.B6
2. Packs available 20,4,1 lit and 500,200 ml
3. Surface to be painted Cement plastered walls, asbestos sheets, concrete etc.
4. Method of application Brushing and spraying
5. Viscosity of application 60-65 seconds by Ford Cup No.B4
6. Thinner to be used General purpose thinner
7. Drying time Surface drying within one hour, Hard drying within 12 hours.  The above various with atmospheric temperature and humidity.
8. Average coverage capacity per coat 120-130 square feet per litre per coat depending upon the surface.

10. General Directions for use The surface to be painted should be dry and free from dirt, grease, oil and loose matter. The primer should be stirred well before use.  Protect the newly brushed surface from dust before drying. The primed surface should be allowed to dry hard and rubbed with emery before finishing coats are applied.
