Agsar Floor coat is a specially formulated paint manufactured from carefully selected and tested raw materials meant for coating cement floors and walls. It gives good gloss and pleasing appearance. It blends decorative and protective qualities that every user needs. Agsar Floor coat can withstand extreme conditions of wear and tear, moisture etc., generally occurring in floor coating.

In the case of freshly prepared cement flooring, for excellent results the floor must be washed with very dilute hydrochloric acid (1:100) to neutralize the alkalinity, then thoroughly rinsed with water and allowed to dry. Without any primer coating, Agsar floor coat can be applied. In the case of old floors, the floor to be painted should be dry and free from grease, oil, dirt and loose particles. Do not apply too thick a coat. Allow the paint to dry hard before applying the second coat. |
